The Sivantos Group seeks a Head of Cross-Functional Applications (m/f) to join the Business Applications team within Group IT. In this position, you will be responsible for leading, defining and growing the team. The team consists of 7 professionals based in Germany and Singapore, and owns the complete technology portfolio of projects in the functions of Human Resources, Workflow Management, PLM, Collaboration, Digital Workplace (Intranet) etc.

Your new role –
challenging and future-oriented
Manage the program of conceptualizing, designing, developing and rolling out the Digital Workplace of the future for the Sivantos Group
Define the workflow strategy and gather business demands from various functions around the organization and act as a change agent to drive the automated workflow capabilities
Deliver workflow solutions based on the K2 and SharePoint platform and roll them out across the globe and within different functions
Work closely with global and country HR functions to manage the development and rollout of the SuccessFactors platform to 23 countries
Own the SuccessFactors platform and provide service for and data management of and within the platform
End-to-end ownership of the program budgets for defining and delivering the cross-functional application landscape and implementing them within the organization
Build a strong rapport with stakeholders
Your qualifications –
solid and appropriate
University degree in Humanities, Commerce, Computer Science or Information Systems
8+ years of experience in project and program management, at least 4 years in technology solution development
Functional experience in defining strategies and roadmap creation and managing implementation in the area of Human Resources, Workflows or Digital Workplaces
Knowledge of and implementation experience with tools, e.g. SuccessFactors, Workaday, K2, Bizagi, PLM and custom-build applications using LAMP
Financial management of projects with budgets in excess of 250K EUR/USD and 1+ year of execution time
Experience in coordinating, managing and motivating direct reports
Experience in building and managing cross-functional teams in an international environment
Experience with Jira and Confluence, or similar software
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
